About me

I enjoy traveling, running, CrossFit racing, baking and frequenting thrift shops. My passion and goal as a fitness professional is assisting clients into the best shape of their lives, with the understanding that physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.Fun fact, the name Shadel is a combination of both my first names Sha-Ron and Del-ores!

I am a Certified Fitness Personal Trainer with 25 years experience in changing the physiques and improving the health of my clients. I have trained clients at Bally's Total Fitness, American Express, New York Sports Clubs, Home Box Office (HBO), The Hebrew Home for The Aged and at present, with The Heights Casino Health Club.I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimal physical condition, if made aware of their potential and the steps necessary to achieve that goal. In my years as a personal trainer, I've seen clients of all ages accomplish things they never thought possible. We don't all have the genetics of a supermodel or bodybuilder, but we all have the ability to improve our health.My mission is to educate my clients about exercise and assist them in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I encourage clients to take an active interest in accomplishing their goals, and I welcome their input and feedback throughout the entire training process.Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, gain lean muscle or you are happy as you are but would like a healthier lifestyle, Shadel3xfit is the right choice for you.
